These are the best transformer-driven reverb spring units. Both stock, and upgraded (more reverb) springs. Reverbs are for tube amps with a reverb transformer. they are 8 ohm input. The Blues Jr. Reverb is a different impedance. We have found the best one for this amp and it sounds fantastic Solid state amps use an IC or transistor to drive the reverb and require a very different (much higher) input impedence. The 8 ohm units will not work. |
