We have
always liked
DiMarzio pickups. They incorporate great
technology, good quality, fantastic tone, and great prices in a very
wide range of single coil, single coil replacement, and humbucking
pickups.
They are not all
"super distortion" pickups - the tonal range available
is tremendous with lots of Vintage style pickups and medium gain
humbuckers with fantastic tone.

DiMarzio's special designations:
"F-Spacing" (for full sized humbucking pickups.) Refers to wider
spacing between pole pieces. To be used in the bridge position of
guitars with strat(tm) type vibratos. No difference in tone.
