Presently we must consider all of these pickups to be "special order" items. The manufacturers all take some time to delivery most any model of pickup. We keep quite a few in stock, but can not guarantee in-stock availability of ANY pickups Torres Ultra-high quality Handwound single coils, Humbuckers and P-90 models are available much quicker as we are always winding them and there is no middle man in shipping. They can go right out to you. We are glad to get your special order item, but be reasonable and patient in your expectations. Special orders can not be canceled after the day they are ordered and can not be returned. Current wait time varies from two weeks to six weeks, depending on manufacturer, options and/or colors We can give you a tentative delivery time, based on experience, but can not promise that the manufacturer will make that deadline - there are too many factors involved in making guitar pickups and lots of specialized hardware, items like pickguards,bridges etc. We order your item, on a special order invoice as quickly as we can after your order is processed. Very small items may have to wait for a regular order to be processed. It is not reasonable to order one red pickup cover (for example) shipping would triple the price. Special order conditions: Special orders can not be canceled after the day they are processed. Special order items can not be returned. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will return it to the manufacturer for replacement. Be sure you want what you are ordering. Special orders have to be paid in advance. Processed in full before they are ordered from the manufacturer. Delivery time will be flexible. We can not have orders canceled or refused if delivery time is longer than normal. This stuff is just too hard to get. Please be patient with special order items. All this applies to custom made items, custom wiring, custom amplifiers and any of the items we make by hand for you. Most all the companies making these specialized products are very small businesses, not large operations like Ford Motor company - parts and production may take some time for any item. |
